Photo & Media Usage
Our services involve the capture of photos and short video clips (such as boomerangs and GIFs) at your event. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Guests using our booth at your event are presumed to have consented to photo and video capture by choosing to participate.
- We may use event captures for internal quality review and portfolio purposes (including our website and social channels) unless you notify us in writing prior to your event that you do not consent to portfolio use.
- We will never sell individual guest images to third parties or publish recognizable images of minors without explicit written parental consent.
- Digital galleries delivered to clients are shared via secure link. Clients are responsible for how they distribute or share those galleries further.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Inquiry data from non-converting leads is typically deleted within 12 months. Event booking records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
Photo galleries and event captures are stored for 90 days after delivery, after which they are purged from our servers unless you have requested extended storage.
